our company policy is to not hold corals longer than 3 business days from purchase date. We ship Monday through Wednesday. We can ship on Thursday upon request, however we will not be responsible for  DOA due to UPS delays.

DOA Policy :

Claims must be made within 2 hours of delivery. Customer is responsible to provide a picture of the coral clearly dead in its original packaging to receive credit. 

No international shipping. No warranty. No returns or exchanges. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US. protectorate/territories. 

COLOR:

We strive to obtain photos that show the true color of the coral. it is nearly impossible on certain pieces, therefore we can not guarantee accuracy of color. Color can change based on the lighting you are using, amount of PAR the coral is receiving and many other factors.
