our company policy is to not hold corals longer than 3 business days from purchase date. We ship Monday through Wednesday. We can ship on Thursday upon request, however we will not be responsible for  DOA due to UPS delays.

DOA Policy :

Claims must be made within 2 hours of delivery. Customer is responsible to provide a picture of the coral clearly dead in its original packaging to receive credit.
